Ballymagarvey Village is the kind of venue that puts many demands on its seating. Stone walls, exposed beams, candlelight, lush florals — the spaces shift from intimate ceremony rooms to full reception barns, and the chairs have to move with them. At Banqueting Chairs Ireland, we supplied two styles that handled both without a compromise in sight.
For the ceremony settings, our steel stacking chair with its crown-shaped upholstered back and 60mm high-density foam seat brought understated comfort to the aisle rows. At 5.2 kg with double support bracing, it’s light enough to rearrange quickly and sturdy enough to keep going through a full season of weddings. The Chiavari chairs — lightweight, stackable up to ten high, with a load-bearing capacity of 225 kg — came into their own for the banqueting and reception layouts, in both silver and gold frames depending on the occasion.
